My wheel bearing started to go out at 3am in the middle of no where. JD answered immediately, was able to get me a quote and was putting my car on the flatbed within an hour. He was kind, courteous, and I 100% recommend if you find yourself in need of a tow. VERY reasonably priced, especially in the middle of the night.

Me & my friends were taking a trip to Chicago and happen to hit a semi tire and it ended up totaling my Cadillac, got on the phone with the insurance and next thing you know he was on his way to help us, offered a ride to a hotel and helped us out at the hotel with a slight problem. Such a great guy, would definitely go through this place again if i have troubles this way. I loved the service and how available everything was. Thanks again for everything!

My boyfriend and I were driving from out of state and crashed due to black ice. Joe answered the phone right away and was so quick to help when other tow companies gave us long wait times. We’re both so grateful to have called him because he drove us to a nearby hotel and helped us out to get to Eau Claire to get a rental car the next day. Joe went above and beyond for us to be safe and I cannot thank him enough. If you’re ever in need of towing or anything - choose Joe!!

We had to have our car towed off the interstate tonight. The driver came and quickly assisted us and brought our car to our home. He was friendly and efficient and the rates were very fair. 10/10

I called for a tow to get a new battery, and instead they brought the battery to me. In sub-zero weather. I was very impressed with the level of customer service i received as well as the speed in which they arrived and completed the work. I would definitely recommend this company!

I had a great experience with Joe and JD's Customs!!! Last week I rolled down my driver side window and when I went to roll it up, it just shattered! I priced it out at a few other places and ended up going with JD, and I am glad I did! The service, price, professionalism, and care he took was unbelievable!!! The first window that came in, he wasn't happy with, so he reordered it - to me that speaks world's about how particular he is!!! I will most definitely continue to give him my business in the future!

Joe basically rescued us when no one else would help. We had our truck brakes go out because of a bad repair job at the dealer. After sitting about 5 hours waiting for a tow truck, we called looking for another. Joe got to us about 30 mins later, while loading the truck up, he asked what happened. He told us he could get us back on the road in just a couple hours. After picking up the parts, he dropped us at restaurant so we could get a bite to eat and relax. 2 hours later he came back with our truck fixed and ready to go so we could finish our drive. Joe went out of his way to help us, and get us going again. We cannot thank Joe enough. We highly recommend his services to anybody in his area.
